Who are we?
The idea of East Kilbride Factor was born through self-managing my own block of flats years ago. The experience and responsibility of maintaining, improving and adding value to the block was incredibly fulfilling, and it also showed that factoring does not have to be expensive.
After years self factoring and learning valuable skills, East Kilbride Factor was granted a property manager license and we then took over the management of a block of flats in West Mains, East Kilbride.
The business has grown slowly as per our wishes, as we wanted to ensure we had the right foundations in place. We allowed a year before we upscaled and took over the management of two blocks of flats in East Kilbride Village.
The business continues to grow through referrals, testimony that owners are happy with our service. The right support team is in place to enable us to provide a hands on professional service to all the blocks under our management.
Word of mouth, excellent customer service and clear pricing is the cornerstone for our growth.

Services we offer
SERVICES AVAILABLE INCLUDE
Communal close cleaning, ground care maintenance, internal and external lighting, car park maintenance, annual gutter and downpipe clearing, door entry maintenance etc.
We will visit each property under our management every two weeks to ensure standards are maintained.
We are always upfront and transparent when it comes to pricing. The companies and contractors we use are selected only on merit and we have no financial involvement with these companies.
However, we are more than happy to use any recommended or preferred companies that our customers may suggest.
